Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Administrator to join our team in Switzerland and Japan. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering teams and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and vendors to deliver projects
  • Create and maintain full project documentation, including detailed requirements and project plans
  • Prepare project deliverables and progress reports
  • Develop and maintain best-practices documentation and templates to enhance efficiency
  • Monitor and track progress of each project, including milestones
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to requirements within timelines
  • Arrange video and in-person meetings
Requirements
  • Collectively 2-5 years' experience across project management, software engineering, and hardware domains
  • Experience in designing/developing interactive applications, including web applications
  • Ability to develop software in ColdFusion, Python, Java, and C++, among others
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, including Postgres and PSQL
  • Proficiency in office-applications, such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Wrike, Gantt, etc.
  • Knowledge of presentation software, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to learn other software applications and use databases as required
  • Good English-language verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable initiating improvements or innovations as opportunities occur
  • Desire to participate in a fast-paced, growth environment
