Als **Business Unit Controller (m/w/d) **betreuen und steuern Sie bei CREALOGIX eine wesentliche Market Unit zusammen mit dem Market Unit Leader. Sie kümmern sich um die betriebswirtschaftlichen Belange, stellen Transparenz her und übernehmen Verantwortung für das Ergebnis und die Gestaltung der Market Unit.
Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung als Controller / Finance Manager in einem internationalen Umfeld, zeigen Eigeninitiative und wollen mehr als nur Zahlen reporten in einem dynamischen Wirkungsfeld in der FinTech Branche. Dann unterstützen Sie unser Controlling Team als **Market Unit Controller (m/w/d)** an unserem **Standort Zürich** oder **Stuttgart**. Homeoffice ist nach Absprache möglich.
**Ihre Mission**
- Koordination und Erstellen des monatlichen Market Unit Reporting inkl. Forecast & Budget
- Business Partner und Challenger in den monatlichen Sales und Project Reviews
- Überwachen der Projekte und der Kapazitätsplanung
- Verantwortliche Analyse der Abweichungen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
- Unterstützen in der Angebotsphase mit belastbarer Projektvorkalkulation
- Etablieren der Controlling Governance mit Deal Desks
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Projekt
- und Finanzprozesse
- Unterstützung im operativen Controlling der Funktionen
**Qualifikationen**:
- Bachelor (oder Master) in Wirtschaft sowie entsprechender Vertiefung im Controlling
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im Controlling, davon 3 Jahre als Controlling Verantwortlicher in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Projektumfeld / in der Softwarebranche von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit PowerBI, Vertec, Cognos oder anderen BI Tools von Vorteil
- Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und pro-aktiven Arbeitsweise
- Ergebnisorientierung, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
