What Your Role Entails
You will acquire practical experience by working on end-to-end projects and conducting real-time finance tasks aligned with the business needs.
You will operate within one of the following domains in DNP Finance:
- DSM Global Financial Planning & Analysis
- DSM Global Innovation Controlling
- Animal Nutrition & Health Global Controlling
- Health nutrition cluster controlling & Human Nutrition & Health Global Controlling
You will have the opportunity to expand your professional network and take part in training sessions, team-building activities, and management gatherings.
Upon completion of the program, you will emerge as a budding professional equipped with:
- Robust experience in finance and project management
- In-depth expertise and perspectives in a leading global industry
- Agility and a team-oriented mindset
Qualifications We Seek
- Hold a Master's or PhD degree with outstanding achievements, or a Bachelor's degree with supplementary business qualifications
- Have accrued initial exposure through apprenticeships, preferably in the business realm, international internships, or overseas studies
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Possess essential technological proficiencies (e.g., MS-Office, BI systems, PowerPoint)
- Exhibit a proficient command of English, both written and verbal, as it serves as our primary operational language.
