Diversity Internship

Our Diversity Internship gives women in-depth insights into banking through coaching with experienced mentors, shadowing days that provide experience in a range of departments, exclusive networking events and tailored training on finance industry essentials.

You work on real-life business challenges and have responsibilities within your team, so you can learn on-the-job.

Duration: 6 months

Academic requirements:
Completed at least four semesters of a bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences

Your field of responsibility

In your role as team member in the Business Management & Development team in the Wealth Management (WM) division, we offer an exciting and challenging position in which you manage and steer a variety of business management tasks.

You will:

• Support business management to achieve the setup objectives and improve performance
• Provide ongoing support to projects
• Gather, track and followup on action items with stakeholders, using internal systems and tools
• Take responsibility for variety of tasks and adhoc queries with the opportunity to learn new things
• Prepare highquality management presentations
• This role is highly collaborating with stakeholders from various divisions and functions globally. You will have constant contact with experts and senior leaders, giving you an opportunity to get key insights into the organization and providing an excellent platform to build a broad, crossfunctional network within the bank.
