Das ist Ihre zukünftige Tätigkeit

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung aller Bereiche des Qualitätsmanagements mit insgesamt 8 Mitarbeitenden
  • Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltmanagementsystems in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Unterstützung der internen Bereiche wie Operations, Forschung & Entwicklung und Sales über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
  • Unterstützung der internationalen Standorte in der Qualitätssicherung, dem Qualitätsmanagement und in EHS-Themen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller QEHS relevanten Vereinbarungen, Normen und Gesetzte
  • Erstellung des jährlichen Management-Reviews sowie der monatlichen aussagekräftigen Q-Reports
  • Erarbeiten und umsetzen von Q-Vereinbarungen mit Kunden als auch Lieferanten
  • Durchführung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits
  • Vertretung von FISBA in öffentlichen OE & QEHS Gremien

Diese Anforderungen stellen wir

  • Höhere technische Ausbildung (Stufe FH / Uni) sowie entsprechender Weiterbildung in Richtung Qualitäts- Arbeitssicherheit- und Umweltmanagement
  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung in einem industriellen und internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Erfahrung mit optischen und/oder medizintechnischen Produkten von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit den Qualitätsmanagement-Normen ISO 13485 und ISO 9001
  • Anwendungskenntnisse einer Q-Software wie z.B. CAQ
  • Fliessende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Fundierte Methodenkompetenz sowie analytisches Denkvermögen und Organisationstalent
