**Station Manager (m/w) 100%**:
**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du übernimmst die operative und finanzielle Verantwortung für die Station
- Das Disponieren, vermieten und gelegentlich auch reinigen unserer Fahrzeuge gehört fest zu Deinem Tagesablauf
- In dieser Position bist Du zuständig für die Betreuung und Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen (B2C und B2B)
- Last but not least: Du führst und entwickelst Dein eigenes Team

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität, Beratungskompetenz sowie Einfühlungsvermögen für interkulturelle Unterschiede
- Macherqualitäten und den festen Willen, das Wachstum der Station nach vorne zu bringen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Branche
- Erste Führungserfahrung
