For one of our long-standing clients, a leading Swiss Private Bank, Swisslinx is looking for an RFP Lead to manage the procurement project for an Execution Management System (EMS).


This would be a temporary position until the end of 2023 with the possibility of a subsequent extension and start date as soon as possible.


Your Role:

  • Lead RFP process and proof of concept for a cross asset EMS
  • Assess the impacts on existing processes, systems and organization
  • Establish a business case for investments
  • Planning and delivery of a transition plan
  • Facilitate contractual agreement with potential vendor
  • Manage various internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

  • Indepth experience with RFP processes and capital market products (especially in trading / execution)
  • Prior experience in business case development as well as impact assessments
  • Strong project management skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders across seniority levels
  • Systematic and structured approach
  • Prior experience with Execution Management System (EMS) would be an asset
  • Fully business fluent English
