You will develop and systematically manage the sales pipeline covering the EMEA & APAC regions, accurately forecasting for the forthcoming months & quarters in supporting a predictable and repeatable growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Development – Develop and deliver a strategy to land new customers with a mutual vision for expansion driving predictable YoY growth for Flowable.
- Deal Management - Support your team to navigate complex enterprise deals throughout the entire sales cycle from initial engagement, RFP & creating compelling value propositions to negotiations, pricing decisions and effective closing strategies.
- Team leadership – Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performing sales team by encouraging a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with your peers in marketing, product, customer success and finance to lead and/or support different strategic initiatives.
- At least 5 years leadership experience leading teams in international enterprise sales.
- Leverage an extensive network to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Multiple proof points of recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining sales professionals that make-up a high performing enterprise sales organization.
- Demonstrable progressive and consistent overachievements of managing a team of 5-10 people under quota selling to enterprise customers.
- Experience in software sales with a platform product.
- Low-code, BPM and/or automation software would be a plus.
- Highly professional persona and polished demeanor. Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills; effective at delivering executive-level presentations.
- Ability to travel when needed within Europe.
- Excellent English & German is essential. Additional languages would be beneficial.
