18 flexible spaces await, among them the main Convention Hall with its stunning architecture and a glass roof offering 1.200 sq m of space which can host up to 1.500 guests.

"We care for people so they can be their best"And we need you to take care of our Commercial Strategies together with your Sales, Revenue & Marketing Team, existing of 20+ colleagues divided over Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Event Sales and Event Planning.

Insights in some of your main tasks:

  • Oversee the daily Sales, Revenue and Marketing operations.
  • Strategic positioning of the 2 hotels and the convention center as a member of the Management Team.
  • Creation and implementation of the strategy in cooperation with the respective departments.
  • Customer acquisition in the various segments such as corporate, meetings & events, airlines, etc.
  • Attend monthly Meetings to review past results and future strategies.
  • Conducting market analyzes and observations and implement/adjust where necessary internally.
  • Preparation of annual business plan and monthly reporting on key strategic objectives.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting of all department specific revenues and expenses.
  • Effectively set sales revenue and sales activity goals, with clear expectations for the whole team.
  • Managing the Sales, Revenue & Marketing team as well as recruitment and personnel planning of the department in cooperation with the HR department.
  • Coordination of all administrative activities in the department.
