We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Flex-Track Graduate Programme within the Chief Human Resource Officer & Corporate Affairs division.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training, and the opportunity to start building your own Julius Baer network. As a Flex-Track Graduate, you are in the driving seat to define your rotations 2 and 3 within all departments of the bank. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Start date: 1 October 2024

Programme duration: 18 months


For your first rotation, join the Chief Human Resource Officer & Corporate Affairs division and become part of the Business Management Team in Zurich.


The Business Management Team contributes to the division's success by providing comprehensive support to the Global Head CHRO & Corporate Affairs and the CHRO & Corporate Affairs division in the daily business as well as in cross-divisional matters and projects.

You will be able to work together with various stakeholders of the division from Human Resources to Brand and Communications and Sustainability as well as with other functions globally.

Thus, joining the Business Management team will enable you to get valuable insights into the CHRO & Corporate Affairs division as well as general Business Management tasks.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Contributing to strategic and organizational initiatives as well as projects across the division
  • Compilation of monthly reports, monitoring of financials, and support on annual budgeting process
  • Ad hoc tasks to assist Global Head CHRO & Corporate Affairs or Head Business Management
  • Support on creating communication content (internal / external)
  • Preparation of management presentations and memos
  • Collaboration in and management of various projects
  • Maintenance of the intranet and social media sites of the CHRO & Corporate Affairs division

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with aboveaverage grades ideally in economics, banking, finance, business administration, or related fields (graduation max. 12 months ago)
  • Initial practical experience in the financial industry, consulting, and/or business management is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
  • Team player and professional interaction with stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, resilient, and teamoriented personality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
  • Fluent in German & English, other languages an advantage
