We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the COO Division.

Our Graduate Programme supports your individual journey to unleash your full potential. We offer you three rotations in different teams, on
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.

Start date: 1 October 2024

Programme duration: 18 months

Join the COO division and become part of the Core Banking Transformation Team. The Banking Operations unit is undergoing a series of structural, technological, and organizational changes.

By joining the Business Management Team and Project teams you will get the opportunity to shape this change together with your colleagues.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Support the Operations on the strategic development of the business area, actively supporting the transition the division is undergoing
  • Support in various strategic management related matters (e.g. cost and revenue management, optimization of processes)
  • Prepare quantitative and qualitative analysis to facilitate decisionmaking and supervisory activities
  • Support senior management related organizational, communication and reporting topics
  • Responsible for cultural and people initiatives within Operations e.g. Bank wide survey, strategic workforce planning etc.
  • Support global bank initiatives with the focus to improve operational performance, product and service offering
  • Coordination of key initiatives within Operations with a special focus on leading or supporting concrete strategic projects
  • Independent analysis of special topics and issues across COO

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master's degree or bachelor's degree with an equivalent amount of practical experience from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, business administration, engineering or hospitality (graduation max. 12 months ago)
  • Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management is a plus
  • Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
  • Very good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
  • Independent, resilient and teamoriented personality
  • Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with Senior Management and colleagues from diverse backgrounds)
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and discreet personality with a high level of risk awareness
  • Highly service oriented and passionate about quality and efficiency
  • Systematic, precise, and diligent working style and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
