  • Get Ready Solutions: You'll be whipping up some buffer and whipping up a mobile phase like a boss.
  • Master the HPLC Game: Time to kickstart and keep tabs on that HPLC device. Plus, you'll be the brains behind crafting methods.
  • Data Detective: Crunching numbers to figure out the right dosage of the active substance in those pharmaceutical marvels.
  • Keep It Clean: Tidying up the lab digs and gear. Also, lending a hand in the chemistry area when needed.
  • Jack of All Trades: Taking on any other tasks that come your way.

Job Demands - Physical Labor:

  • General: You must have what it takes to handle the job duties safely and effectively, with or without accommodations.
  • Physical: You should be able to meet various physical demands, including lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
  • Confidentiality: You must understand that safeguarding sensitive data is crucial for the College's operations and legal compliance. Keep info under wraps unless your supervisor gives you the green light.
  • Mental: Sharpen those mental tools to reason, analyze, and problem-solve like a pro.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Requirements: Must hold a B.S. in science or a related field, clock in at least 3 months of HPLC know-how, and rock basic lab techniques. On the faith side, you need to be an engaged member of a Protestant church, with bonus points for backing the Reformed faith.
  • Preferred: A fancier degree (M.S. in science) and experience in HPLC method development are extra gold stars.
