**Job description**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Establish and/or utilize _in vitro_ cellular pharmacological assays to directly support drug discovery programs.
- Work closely with the data management team to deploy and enhance data automation processes to compute allosteric characteristics of compounds.
- Effectively communicate and present summaries of research results to team members or to a multidisciplinary team of researchers.

**Required skills**:

- A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree (or equivalent), in Pharmacology, Molecular / Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, or in a related field.
- Demonstrated previous experience (1-2 years) in receptor pharmacology/cellular signalling, with proficiency in membrane
- and cellular-based assays.
- Cell culture expertise.
- Excellent _in vitro_ pharmacology knowledge base and familiarity with curve fitting guidelines and data reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to the execution of experiments and record keeping is a requirement.
- Proactive and flexible mindset and willingness to work in a small team environment.
- High degree of independence, motivation, organization, and teamwork are critical.
- Proficient English is preferred.
- Computer skills: detailed knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Proficiency in GraphPad Prism, Dotmatics (or equivalent) is a bonus.
