Brand Manager Winston+ Global Travel Retail

What this role is about?

  • Work closely with the Group Brand Manager; active member of the GTR Brand Marketing Team.
  • Responsible for development, follow-up, and coordination of activation programs and communication campaigns for assigned Brands & Regions globally.
  • Key Marketing contact within GTR for the assigned brands.
  • Develop comprehensive Equity building programs, oversee execution within GTR Regions, ensure deadlines and budget are met.
  • Collaborate with GTR M&S functions for smooth implementation of projects, manage external creative agencies/designers.
  • Develop activation strategy, in-store activation, and smoking lounge activation.

What will you do?

  • Develop exclusive Global GTR Limited Edition packaging for assigned brands.
  • Collaborate with Regional marketing teams to create activation concepts for Limited Edition packs, engage with consumers, and bring concepts to life.
  • Develop new GTR communication materials upon each HQ new brand release.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are respected in all GTR markets and smoking lounges.
  • Undertake other projects and activities agreed with the line manager.

What are we looking for?

  • University Degree (Marketing, Business preferably) and / or MBA.
  • 3 - 5 years commercial and/or brand marketing experience in an International FMCG Environment.
  • English mandatory - other languages an advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and various other skills.
