L'unité Archives et Bibliothèque du CICR recherche un-e stagiaire

Le Comité international de la Croix-Rouge (CICR) recherche un-e stagiaire pour son unité Archives et Bibliothèque - dont le temps de travail sera réparti par moitié entre les archives photographiques et les archives en charge de l'acquisition.

Vous êtes une personne intéressée par l'histoire et l'humanitaire ; curieuse et rigoureuse et à l'aise dans un environnement numérique ; vous appréciez tout à la fois de travailler au sein d'une équipe et de manière autonome : cette annonce vous intéressera.

Nous recherchons une personne ayant un fort intérêt pour les archives et la documentation, possédant un Bachelor of Science HES⁠-⁠SO en information documentaire ou équivalent, en quête d'une première expérience professionnelle.

Vous intégrerez une équipe interdisciplinaire où se côtoient archivistes et bibliothécaires. L'unité Archives et Bibliothèque a pour mission de collecter, préserver et valoriser le patrimoine documentaire du CICR. Elle met à disposition des fonds et collections continuellement enrichis et composés de documents textuels et audiovisuels témoignant de près de 160 ans d'activités.

Tâches et responsabilités

Sous la responsabilité des archivistes audiovisuelles (50%) et des archivistes en charge de l'acquisition (50%), vous pourrez mettre en pratique les connaissances acquises au cours de vos études dans les domaines suivant:
Tri, évaluation, classement, inventaire et conditionnement de documents photographiques.
Description et indexation de photographies dans un logiciel documentaire.
Analyse et mise à jour par métiers du calendrier de conservation de l'institution.
Évaluation des volumes de papier encore non versés aux archives.
Mener des entretiens réguliers en anglais et en français avec les partenaires métiers.
Récolement de versements.
Participation à la vie de l'unité Archives et Bibliothèque.
Formation

Bachelor of Science HES⁠-⁠SO en information documentaire ou équivalent.

Compétences requises

Connaissance des pratiques archivistiques de base.
Maîtrise du français (C2) et de l'anglais (minimum C1) à l'écrit et à l'oral.
Aisance dans la prise de contact et capacité à mener une discussion.
Capacité de synthèse et aisance rédactionnelle.
Aisance avec les outils numériques.
Esprit d'équipe et d'initiative, flexibilité, curiosité, autonomie et rigueur.
Sens du service, de l'organisation et des priorités.
Conditions

Stage rémunéré CHF 3'840. brut à plein temps (100%), le pourcentage est non négociable.

**Durée du stage**: 12 mois.

**Début du stage**: 1er avril 2023.

**Lieu de travail**: siège du CICR (Genève) et Centre logistique du CICR (Satigny, Genève)

Seront considéré-e-s pour le poste uniquement les diplômé-e-s ayant un an maximum d'expérience professionnelle après leur bachelor, ou deux ans en incluant les stages.
