- Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen (Angebote, Abrufaufträge usw.)
- Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der kaufmännischen Abläufe und Tätigkeiten für definierte Kunden
- Ganzheitliche Auftragsbearbeitung inkl. Fakturierung für Kunden aus verschiedenen europäischen Ländern
- Koordination von Produktions
- und Lieferterminen
- Reklamationsbearbeitung, sowie Bearbeitung von Ersatzbeschaffungen und Reklamationskontrollen
- Überwachung, Aktualisierung und Archivierung von Stammdaten im ERP-System für die definierten Kunden
**Was sollten Sie mitbringen?**:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung als kaufmännische/r Assistent/in oder ähnliches
- Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch
- Praxissicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
