Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für unser Digital Commerce Team einen kompetenten und engagierten Head of Digital Commerce.

**ZUR POSITION**
- Sicherstellung der Funktionalität unserer B2C Webseiten sowie deren Weiterentwicklung
- Sicherstellung eines kostenoptimalen und gleichzeitig performanten Traffic-Mix's über alle Kanäle der B2C Webseiten der TUI Suisse
- Verantwortlich für dei Einhaltung des Online Marketingbudgets und der Gemeinskostenstelle
- Unterstützung der unternehmensweitern Omnichannel-Strategie
- Konzeption digitaler Vermarktungsstrategien, Testen von neuen Werbemöglichkeiten und Kanälen
- Permanente Analyse der Webseite und der Webperformance
- Weiterentwicklung der CRM Kampagnen inkl. Kundenbindungsinstrumenten
- Schnittstellenfunktion zu den Bereichen Webdev, Marketing Services, Kommunikation und Trading
- Personelle und fachliche Führung von vier Mitarbeitenden

**ZU DIR**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise in der Reisebranche und/oder Praxiserfahrung im Dienstleistungssektor
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt Digital Performance Marketing, Führungserfahrung und/oder Projektleitung von Vorteil
- Breites und tiefes Wissen rund um digitales Marketing und Medien, idealerweise im Tourismus
- Theoretisches und praktisches SEO Know-how auch im Umgang mit den gängige Analysetools wie z.B. Searchmetrics
- Exellente Kenntnisse in Google Analytics, der Google Marketing Plattform und tiefes Verständnis der relevnten KPI's
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Projektführung
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit in interdisziplinären Teams beste Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen und Flair im Umgang mit Zahlen
- Initiative, kreative und selbstständige Persönlichkeit
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Resultatorientierte Führungsperson und Teamplayer
