Your role
- In UBS Switzerland we are looking for a new Head of our Digital Media Subchapter which is part of the Digital Marketing Chapter. As Head of Digital Media, you are set out, to lead a bestinclass performance marketing department, by outlining the strategic agenda, setting the milestones and implement best practices that you've gathered in your previous managerial roles within this field and industry. The role requires a senior profile with vast performance marketing experience and strong managerial skills. With a strong drive and competitive mindset, you will improve the digital marketing maturity whilst delivering on ambitious new client acquisition targets as well as highprofile brand, awareness, and positioning campaigns, such as 'Eine Bank, wie die Schweiz'.
Responsibilities and mandate
- Lead the Digital Media Subchapter including managerial responsibilities for campaign managers in the team members
- Act with the full mandate of Digital Media subchapter with regards to performance marketing and brand campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social and (Programmatic) Display
- Set out the strategic milestones to increase the digital marketing maturity and keep developing a bestinclass Digital Media team and setup
- Achieve Acquisition Marketing targets and support to deliver on OKRs set for Digital Media as well as overall Digital Marketing Chapter
- Evolve the overarching digital advertising strategy
- Evaluate and optimize media budget allocation via consolidating relevant data, analyzing and generating insights and derived actions
- Optimize forecasting models for ambitious and realistic target setting related to Performance Marketing* for the Digital Media operated channels
- Manage external agencies and professionalize external partnerships to the benefit of UBS
- Responsible for the teams' ability to meet the demand of the internal stakeholders
- Responsible for continuously evaluating and optimizing the digital marketing tech stack and ad tech, regarding operated channels

- Digital Media Subchapter UBS Switzerland consists of highly skilled, specialized and competent profiles, which are working independently as part of the agile setup implemented and supported by agencies to extend the campaign execution capacity. You'll be working in the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Marketing & Digital Sales. In our agile organization you will be collaborating with product and client need teams and key stakeholders to deliver leads for outbound and sales activities, as well as fully digital onboarding journeys.

Your expertise
- excellent managerial skills and +5 years of experience heading up performance marketing teams
- deep knowledge and hands on experience working with Digital Media, Performance Marketing and Search across the marketing funnel
- a strong drive and competitive mindset
- structured and analytical in your work and are good at communicating campaign results to horizontal and vertical stakeholders
- a win-as-one attitude and are able to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the business to achieve common goals
- extensive experience with online marketing and web platforms such as Adobe/Google Analytics/Experience Cloud products, DV360, Sprinklr, Adform, Google Ads, etc.
- relevant experience from the financial sector (or another regulated industry)
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are confident in your ability to communicate in English (German proficiency is a plus)
- you are a fast learner and able to cope with a dynamic and changing environment in an agile setup
- willing and able to primarily work from our office in Zurich
