Position Summary

Purpose of the Role:


The Head of E-Commerce Switzerland is responsible for developing our E-Commerce strategy and vision for the entire Samsung product range.


Role and Responsibilities- Overseeing total E-Store P&L for all product groups and divisions; achieve top-line and bottom-line results Manage and optimize promotions budget/spend for onsite marketing & promotional programs for the E-Store- Development of a cohesive, high-performing E-Store team- Develop innovative marketing and sales programs, empowering the team to test & learn by measuring program effectiveness, providing insights on how to optimize in the future- Lead analysis of all programs and establish programs to drive continuous improvement- Research industry trends, seeking opportunities to bridge gaps in business objectives, and push the business forward- Provide program ROI analysis, and make recommendations based on results- Build, manage, and refine online assortment, promotions, price management, and product/content story presentation.

Lead team in executing seasonal vision from concept to launch- Collaborate effectively with other teams (MarCom, BrandCom, SCM) to guarantee a continuous growth- Report & present E-Commerce in front of Top Management & local stakeholders- Cooperation with Headquarter in South Korea as well as European Office to fully align with guidelines and global recommendations- Maintaining eStore topics and creating ideas for effective eStore business in line with offline promotion plans

Skills and Qualifications- Higher education in the fields of E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or Business Administration (Uni/FH/HF) or comparable education- Several years of experience in the area of responsibility, especially proven success in the field of E-Commerce, ideally in a multinational environment- At least +3 years of leadership experience and in project management- Influencing & relationship building skills- Strong IT System & Online Marketing skills; experience with Hybris would be a plus- Excellent knowledge of English, German would be a plus
