**Wir suchen eine**: n enthusiastische: n und erfahrene: n Head of Product, der / die uns dabei unterstützt, Relock zum führenden Anbieter für Umzüge zu machen. Unsere digitale Plattform ist ein Einzugsassistent hilft den Nutzern, ihren Umzug reibungslos zu planen und alle relevanten Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu beziehen. Unser Ziel ist es, der "Thought Leader" in der Branche zu werden und eine Plattform zu schaffen, die den Umzugsprozess so reibungslos wie möglich gestaltet.

Aufgaben

Als Head of Product bei Relock übernimmst du eine entscheidende Position in unserem Unternehmen. Du bist verantwortlich für das Produktmanagement, den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform bis hin zu einer SaaS-Lösung. Deine Aufgabe ist es, die Vision des Unternehmens in eine erstklassige digitale Lösung umzusetzen. Du wirst eng mit dem Führungsteam zusammenarbeiten, um strategische Ziele festzulegen und die Produktentwicklung zu steuern.

**Deine Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Produktmanagement: Du entwickelst die Produktstrategie und definierst klare Roadmaps für die Plattform, um ein herausragendes Nutzererlebnis zu gewährleisten.
- Umsetzung: In Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team und den Produktverantwortlichen setzst du die definierten Meilensteine um.
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von White-Label-fähigen Internetplattformen: Du bringst wertvolle Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von White-Label-fähigen Produkten mit und kannst unsere Plattform für Partnerschaften und Erweiterungen vorbereiten.
- Wachstumssteuerung und Growth Hacking: Du bist dafür verantwortlich, das Wachstum unserer Plattform proaktiv zu steuern, indem Du innovative Growth Hacking-Strategien entwickelst und umsetzst.
- Markt
- und Kundenanalyse: Du führst umfassende Marktforschung und Kundenanalysen durch, um die Bedürfnisse unserer Nutzer zu verstehen und die Plattform kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement für digitale Plattforme, idealerweise auch Softwarelösungen.
- Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und der Skalierung von Produkten in stark wachsenden Branchen.
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich Growth Hacking-Strategien angewendet und Wachstumschancen genutzt.
- Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für die Nutzerbedürfnisse und die Fähigkeit, innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln - mit einem hohen Anspruch an UX/UI.
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem agilen Umfeld und hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams.
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
