SIX Digital Exchange (SDX), a company owned by the Swiss Stock exchange, is building the first market infrastructure in the world to offer a fully integrated end to end trading, settlement and custody service for digital assets.


We are looking for an experienced Head of Product Management for the Digital Securities Business Unit to help us evolve existing products and launch new ones.

You will oversee a diverse team of empowered product managers working in close cooperation with various business units and external customers.

You will be reporting to the Head of Digital Securities, an executive committee member.

What You Will Do:

- contribute to the exploration of new business opportunities based on deep customer and capital market understanding and participate in the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for new and existing SDX products and services
- responsible for managing, driving and providing direction to the product teams to ensure their success and professional development through ongoing learning and development
- manage team capacity, future planning, recruitment and retention of talent within the team and develop individuals and career paths within the team, helping them grow as product professionals
- coach Product Managers to ensure they have the empowerment and autonomy they need to succeed in their job

  • Establish and consistently evolve Product Management processes and best practices. Define quality standards for deliverables and outcomes for which the team is accountable.
- ensure coordination with product leads of other SDX units (Web3 and new products) but also the broader SIX group to leverage on existing capabilities and/or identify synergies/opportunities

What You Bring:

- several years managing, mentoring, motivating and growing a mature and goal-driven product team or equivalent (eg, virtual team project management)
- transparent, collaborative and concise communicator who is constantly looking for opportunities to increase velocity and remove roadblocks
- previous experience in building, launching and scaling financial software products and establishing product-market fit in the B2B space and passionate about software development and its impact on business outcomes
- ability to create and convey a vision and have the drive to make that vision a reality and to manage a relatively small number of extremely high value stakeholders
- possess a blend of business and strong technical depth (blockchain and tokenisation experience is a plus) with ability to see the big-picture and the details simultaneously
