Global Corporate Events Project Manager

- At least 3+ years' experience in project management, financial management and cost control principles and practices.
- Very good knowledge of IT.
- Committed, flexible, able to roll up her\/his sleeves, with an unshakeable cando attitude.
- PC Skills, Excel (windows offices a must).
- Motivated and proactive individual with multitasking abilities, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders and to coordinate complex tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs in a complex and challenging environment.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cost control strategy for Global Corporate Events that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain budgets for Global Corporate Events, for both MSC Cruises and Explora Journeys.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including Finance, Procurement and Ground Operation, to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Makes all the purchase orders in relation to the organization of the events.
- Analyse data and generate reports to support decisionmaking and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.
- Support the project delivery timelines and priorities to help ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Travel for onsite inspections and project supporting events.
- Ensure excellent guest service and quality delivery.
EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
