Swiss Library Service Platform (SLSP), une jeune entreprise dont le siège est à Zurich, exploite une plate-forme nationale pour la numérisation et d'innovation des bibliothèques scientifiques, couvrant toutes les régions et toutes les langues. Participe à ce projet pionnier et contribue avec nous à changer la donne.

SLSP propose des heures de travail flexibles, au moins 5 semaines de congé par an, un lieu de travail central tout proche de la gare de Zurich, un espace de coworking à Lausanne, et la possibilité de faire du télétravail (remote work).

Corporate Development Manager / Responsable du développement de l'entreprise (h/f/d) 60-80%

En ta qualité de manager sous la supervision directe de la direction générale, tu contribues au déploiement des projets stratégiques et opérationnels.

Tes missions
  • Planifier et mettre en oeuvre des projets de développement stratégique et opérationnel pour le compte des différents départements, de la direction ou du conseil d'administration
  • Élaborer des concepts et un accompagnement pour la mise en oeuvre de business plans
  • Accompagner et coordonner les processus stratégiques et de planification
  • Optimiser les processus internes de gestion de la clientèle, de management et d'assistance
  • Missions générales de soutien à la direction
Pour nous convaincre, il te faut
  • Tu as suivi une formation en gestion d'entreprise ou une formation en droit complétée par un perfectionnement en gestion d'entreprise (niveau Bachelor ou supérieur)
  • Tu as une première expérience dans le domaine du conseil en gestion d'entreprise, du développement d'entreprise ou du marketing, idéalement dans le secteur public ou dans les secteurs de la formation, de la recherche et de la culture
  • Tu as déjà dirigé et réalisé des projets
  • Tu es parfaitement à l'aise avec l'informatique et les applications métier
  • Tu disposes d'un bon niveau d'expression en allemand, en anglais et/ou en français, aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
