To strengthen our fast growing activity, we are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WITH FOCUS ON THE INDUSTRY SECTOR (M/W/D), willing to join our team in Zürich.

As a Business Development Manager, your missions will focus on:

  • Defining the commercial strategy of your business unit (identifying new customers and develop the existing customer base),
  • Identifying and recruiting the best engineering talents on the market
  • Participating in the development of our portfolio of services,
  • Managing your own customer portfolio (Business Development),
  • Building and strengthen your team of experts,
  • Managing your own team of consultants (technical followup, career development, daily support)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in Engineering OR Business Administration
  • You are autonomous, goal driven, persuasive with a "can do" attitude
  • Keen interest in active business development (portfolio increase)
  • Be able to maintain business relationships up to C Level
  • Professional experience, ideally in business engineering or coordination of technical projects
  • Corporate entrepreneurship spirit
  • You have a proven track record of closing new business opportunities
  • You are fluent in English, German and French are a real plus
