In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie Teil des Corporate/Global HR Teams am Hauptsitz und übernehmen vielseitige Tätigkeiten in der Planung sowie Umsetzung von Strategien, Projekten sowie Programmen im Bereich Personalentwicklung/Talent Development und Company Culture für die globalen Standorte unserer Mandantin. Im Einklang mit der Unternehmensstrategie erarbeiten Sie Road Maps, Prozesse und Programme in den Bereichen Personalentwicklung und Performance Management, optimieren Talent Management/Development Prozesse und gestalten Strategien/Initiativen zur Optimierung/Harmonisierung der globalen Führungskultur im Unternehmen. Auch sind Sie vielseitig in der Führungskräfteentwicklung auf div. Hierarchieebenen tätig und wirken aktiv in Projekten zur Steigerung/Optimierung des People/Employee Engagement (Work-, Team-, Organizational Engagement) mit. Hierbei interagieren Sie stark mit diversen externen/internen Schnittstellen (z.B. lokale/globale HR Teams, Führungskräfte verschiedener Ländergesellschaften, Corporate Branding etc.).

Um in dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe erfolgreich zu sein, bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene höhere Weiterbildung (BSc/MSc) in Betriebswirtschaft und/oder HR (z.B. MAS HCM) mit. Zudem können Sie auf langjährige Praxis in vergleichbaren Globalen People/Talent Development Funktionen zurückgreifen. Ihre Praxis haben Sie in grösseren internationalen Unternehmen gesammelt, von Vorteil in technischen Branchen oder dem produzierenden Industrie-Umfeld (z.B. Maschinen-/Anlagenbau, Medizintechnik, Automotive, technische Investitionsgüter etc.). Nebst fundierten Skills in Talent Development, Personal
- und Führungskräfteentwicklung, bringen Sie auch verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse mit. Wenn Sie zudem eine dynamische, organisationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Stärken/Flair für intercultural Management Themen sind, die sich auch für betriebswirtschaftliche Themen interessiert, und auf allen Hierarchieebenen gewinnend agieren kann, sollten wir uns baldmöglichst kennenlernen.
