In order to expand our team, we are seeking a Community Sales Manager (M/W) to:


  • Oversee the site operationally
  • Provide technical leadership to the center team in daily operations
  • Maintain center standards
  • Minimize accounts receivable and identify additional business opportunities
  • Offer customer support, ensuring top-notch service and high customer satisfaction levels
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate serious issues to the appropriate manager
  • Organize and coordinate events and community activities
  • Manage all operational and administrative customer and center matters
  • Address daily customer inquiries
  • Communicate with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments

Your profile should include:


  • Completed vocational training successfully
  • Proficiency in German/French and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent etiquette and a polished appearance
  • Reliability, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented personality
