**Deine Aufgabe**
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER.
- Du analysierst die Abschlüsse, um die treibenden und zugrunde liegenden Faktoren besser zu verstehen und entwickelst entsprechende Massnahmen zur Steigerung des Umsatzes sowie der Rentabilität.
- Du entwickelst das interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) weiter und wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung von Budgets und Forecasts mit.
- Die kontinuierliche Kontrolle der Planungsvorgaben gehört ebenfalls in dein Aufgabengebiet und zudem fungierst du als Ansprechpartner:in bei Audits.
- Als Teil des Group Controlling Teams gestaltest du die Prozesse gruppenweit effizienter und effektiver.

- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Management Accounting, Financial Control und Analysis.
