Key Responsibilities- Business Requirements Elicitation: Work closely with subject matter experts and end-users to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business objectives and rules.
- Requirements Analysis and Documentation: Create comprehensive and precise solution/IT requirement specifications from business requirements, ensuring quality gates are met on time.
- Agile Project Support: Participate in agile delivery environments, feeling comfortable in complex global project setups and working under pressure in a multi-vendor and multi-cultural team.
- Communication and Collaboration: Engage in brainstorming sessions for scope planning and solution design across teams, and support the delivery stream and Lead BA to ensure deliverables are met.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing (per sprint, per release) as well as UAT and training activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Proven experience (3 to 5 years) as a hands-on Business Analyst, with a strong background in insurance projects.
- Fluent in English, with any other language being a plus.
- Proven experience in agile delivery environments, with a strong understanding of complex global project setups.
- Sound experience in capturing complex business requirements, translating them into abstract concepts, and concise functional IT requirements.
- Very strong communication and co-creation skills, with a balanced mix of business acumen and technology savviness.
