Ihre Aufgaben In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion sind Sie verantwortlich dafür, ein regionales operatives Team zu motivieren, zu coachen und zu unterstützen. In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie folgende Tätigkeiten:
  • Sie motivieren Ihr Team und schaffen eine inspirierende und produktive Teamatmosphäre
  • Sie planen und setzen effiziente Teambuilding-Massnahmen um
  • Sie monitoren die Leistung Ihres Teams und legen bei Bedarf entsprechende Massnahmen fest
  • Sie ermitteln den Weiterbildungsbedarf und haben stets ein offenes Ohr für Ihre Teammitglieder
  • Sie führen regelmässige Mitarbeitergespräche durch und etablieren eine offene Kommunikations- und Feedbackkultur
  • Sie betreuen und beraten die Ihnen zugewiesenen Kunden in der Region professionell, kompetent und erkennen Wachstumspotenzial

Ihr Profil Folgende Anforderungen stellen wir an diese Position:
  • Sie verfügen über ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten mit entsprechender Führungserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Berufsumfeld
  • Sie sind empathisch, organisiert, verantwortungsbewusst und können Ihr Team hervorragend motivieren
  • Sie sind eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer systematischen Vorgehensweise und Hands-on Mentalität
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, Ihre Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten sind exzellent, bringen hohe Durchsetzungsstärke mit und verfügen über eine unternehmerische Denkweise
