Your Mission

As a Specialty Logistics Regional Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and optimizing a cutting-edge distribution network that delivers exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth operations and seamless 3PL management.

You will lead the charge in deploying and monitoring a global best-in-class distribution network, managing regional distribution centers, and ensuring continuous improvements for high customer service levels and cost-effective distribution networks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deploying and monitoring a global best-in-class distribution network
  • Managing regional distribution centers to enhance customer service levels
  • Ensuring continuous improvements for high customer service levels and cost-effective distribution networks
  • Managing daily operations of 3PLs, including inbound and outbound transport operations and RDC replenishment/restocking operations
  • Managing and troubleshooting orders and shipments to/from regional distribution centers
  • Actively supporting regular QBRs and continuous improvement initiatives of 3PLs
  • Monitoring monthly key performance indicators and metrics
  • Managing daily 3PL interfaces and IDOCs issues
  • Managing stock reconciliation procedures between SAP and 3PLs ERP systems
  • Sustaining GDP compliance and supporting internal/external quality audits
Your Background

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and logistics/transportation. Key qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and logistics/transportation
  • Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
  • Proficient in supply chain systems (SAP LES/MM/SD/FI)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various business units
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience in managing complex supply chain issues across diverse cultures
  • Ability to resolve ambiguity and align key stakeholders
