Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung für drei Hauptbereiche
Lagerhaltung (Equipment der F&B Division unter Einhaltung der budgetierten Vorgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Culinary Director)
Entsorgung (Prüfung korrekter Umgang mit Resourcen, proaktive Information der zuständigen Abteilungsleitenden sowie Achtung auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Entsorgungsbereich und Anlieferung)
Operativer Ablauf des Stewardings (Pflege Equipment, Sauberkeit Back of House, Unterstützung Abläufe wie Training und Rekrutierung)
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Hotelfachschule oder ähnliches
Sinn und Freude für Genauigkeit und systematische Ordnung
Selbständige Arbeitsweise
Fundierte Kenntnisse der HACCP
