Dazu gehören dauerhafte Rabatte, ein innovatives Belohnungssystem und die Swibeco Lunch Card, eine Essenskarte, die im grössten Lebensmittelnetz der Schweiz gültig ist.

Heute hat Swibeco über 8.000 Unternehmenskunden in der Schweiz, darunter grosse Player wie AXA, Swissquote, FedEx/TNT, Alcon, Decathlon, Capgemini, Holcim, Bobst, etc.

Unser Team besteht aus mehr als +65 talentierten Mitarbeitern, die hauptsächlich auf unsere Büros in der Schweiz (Lausanne und Zürich) verteilt sind.

Um unsere starke Entwicklung zu unterstützen, sind wir heute auf der Suche nach einem Praktikanten(w/m/d) - Partnerships Intern - für eine Dauer von 6 Monaten in unseren Teams für eCommerce & Direct Sales und Customer Succes **in Lausanne oder Zürich**.

Bei Swibeco durchläufst du einen umfassenden Einarbeitungs
- und Ausbildungsprozess. Wenn du eine spannende Herausforderung suchst, ist dies die richtige Gelegenheit für dich.

Im Direct Sales Team wirst du an der administrativen Betreuung von Handelspartnerschaften beteiligt sein, um den Nutzern der Swibeco Plattform die besten Marken und die attraktivsten Rabatte anbieten zu können. Du wirst auch als Bindeglied zwischen den Abteilungen Customer Succes und Direct Sales fungieren, um Kundendienstanfragen im Zusammenhang mit Verkäufen zu beantworten.

In direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Direct Sales, der dich während des gesamten Praktikums ausbilden und unterstützen wird, werden deine täglichen Aufgaben folgende sein:

- Unterstützung der Teams Direct Sales und Customer Succes, insbesondere im administrativen Bereich. (Eingabe von Angeboten, Informationssuche, Beantwortung von Kundendienstanfragen usw.).
- Verwaltung unserer E-Commerce-Plattform, insbesondere unserer CRM- und PIM-Tools.
- Unterstützung der Entwicklung unserer Verkaufsplattform durch Mithilfe bei der Konfiguration und Einrichtung unserer Angebote, deren Übersetzung und Veröffentlichung.
- Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit Übernahme von Kundendienstanfragen, die von unserer Abteilung Customer Succes ausgehen. (Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen, Rückerstattungsanträge, allgemeine Fragen usw.) - Diese Aufgabe umfasst ca. 30 % der Arbeitszeit.
- Verschiedene Recherchen, Wettbewerbsbeobachtung und/oder andere Projekte sind zu erwarten.

**Requirements**:
**Dein Profil**:

- Du verfügst über ein EFZ einer Handelsschule, eine Matura oder Berufsmatura und befindest dich idealerweise in der Ausbildung an einer Fachhochschule FH in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich.
- Erste Erfahrungen in einem Unternehmen wären von Vorteil.
- Gutes Verständnis für den E-Commerce im Allgemeinen mit besonderem Interesse an Verkauf, Einkauf und den damit verbundenen administrativen Prozessen.
- Selbstständig, gründlich, detailorientiert, proaktiv und von positiver Natur.
- ** Perfekte Beherrschung der französischen, deutschen (Schweizerdeutsch) und englischen Sprache. **Italienisch wäre von Vorteil.
- Schlagfertigkeit und Bereitschaft, in einem Unternehmen mit hohem Tempo zu arbeiten.
- Du schätzt die Arbeit im Team und bist dienstleistungsorientiert.
