Historically, the employee insurance sector and its procedures have been burdensome and filled with administrative challenges for various roles. Grape is here to shake up the traditional employee insurance model.

Your Role

You will collaborate closely with the Chief Distribution Officer and other members of the broker & sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming broker tender requests
  • Evaluate tenders
  • Guide tenders through all sales stages
  • Coordinate offer development with the Underwriting team
  • Manage partnerships with brokers and risk carriers
  • Send offers to brokers
  • Follow up with brokers and clients
  • Facilitate onboarding of new customers
  • Regularly analyze sales KPIs for process enhancement
  • Maintain an overview of broker and client relationships
  • Thoroughly document interactions in the CRM system
  • Assist in optimizing sales processes with administrative tasks

Extra Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in insurance, broker, or sales-related roles
  • Background in a SaaS startup or high-growth company
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business
  • Proficiency in French
  • Knowledge of insurance industry or specific sector interest
