JOB TITLE: Legal Consultant at [Company Name]

Your Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and editing contracts and directives
  • Providing legal advice on new products and projects, reviewing marketing materials
  • Supporting business development activities, such as new partnerships and digitalization
  • Handling various tasks related to data protection
  • Managing (inter)national inheritance cases and overseeing distributor due diligence
  • Assuming tasks in compliance when needed

Our Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Law
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience in a banking environment
  • Native German speaker (precise, eloquent), proficient to fluent in English, knowledge of French is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite

Personal Qualifications:

  • Demonstrating reliability, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility in your work
  • Working independently and approaching tasks with a focus on solutions
  • Adapting flexibly and reliably to various demands under time pressure
  • Showcasing strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Enjoying teamwork, communicating effectively at all levels, and consciously embracing a service-oriented mindset
