Description du poste

Pour notre département des Banquets, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e):
Banquet Supervisor
- Assure la bonne organisation et le bon déroulement des événements (banquet, traiteur, conférence)
- Supervise les extras agence lors des événements
- Est garant de la satisfaction des clients, des gestion des plaintes et suivi des clients VIP
- Est le bras-droit du Manager en son absence
- Suivi des standards qualités de l'hôtel et des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité

**Qualifications**:

- Langues : Français ET Anglais. Autre langue un atout
- Diplômé d'une formation hôtelière un atout
- Expérience en management d'équipe de minimum 1 an
- Excellente présentation, dynamisme, flexibilité et bonne gestion du stress
- Expérience dans un poste et établissement similaire (hôtellerie de luxe, palace, hôtel 5*)
- Sens du contact et aisance relationnelle
