Notre groupe est en pleine croissance et se développe en Suisse et à l'étranger.

Directement rattaché(e) au COO de la société, il/elle sera responsable des activités suivantes:

- Coordination des partenaires, de l'équipe Ops et de l'équipe F&B
- Gestion de la planification économique du departement F&B
- Définition des budgets, estimation des ressources économiques nécessaires pour l'approvisionnement en nourriture et en boissons
- Contrats avec les fournisseurs
- Gestion des commandes et stockage
- Contrôle de la qualité des aliments et des boissons
- Veiller au respect des normes d'hygiène et HACCP dans les activités de préparation et de stockage des aliments.
- Superviser et optimiser l'ensemble des processus d'entreprise
- Soutenir l'équipe et les employés en les aidant à atteindre leurs objectifs
- Contrôler les coûts des aliments et des boissons
- Planification des menus avec le chef cuisinier

**Compétences requises**:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans cette fonction
- Connaissance du français (C1), de l'italien (C1) et de l'anglais (B2) obligatoire
- Connaissance approfondie des matières premières, des coûts et des fournisseurs dans le domaine de la restauration et des boissons.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion et d'organisation
- Excellente connaissance du progiciel Office et en particulier d'Excel (la connaissance du système Lightspeed est considérée comme un atout).
- Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles
- Flexibilité et capacité à résoudre les problèmes
- Une excellente connaissance de l'anglais et une bonne connaissance du français sont essentielles.
- Volonté de déménager
