Digital & Content Manager (H/F 100%)

Avec près de 1,6 million de membres, le Touring Club Suisse est le plus grand Club de mobilité de Suisse. Il s'engage depuis 1908 en faveur de la sécurité routière de tous les usagers de la route, qu'ils soient à pied, à deux-roues ou en voiture. La sécurité routière du TCS propose un programme d'éducation routière à l'attention des jeunes, des mesures de prévention, des études d'infrastructure et des campagnes de sensibilisation à l'attention de toute la population suisse.

Digital & Content Manager (H/F 100%)

Vos défis

Développer et assurer la continuité de la stratégie digitale pour la sécurité routière et définir les KPIs Gérer et faire évoluer les différentes plateformes digitales existantes : sites web (interne/externe), réseaux sociaux, newsletter, applications digitales (ex. WhatsApp) y compris posting et community management Etablir le planning éditorial et développer des contenus visuels et textuels attractifs en fonction de leurs public-cibles respectifs en trois langues (All, Fr, It) Mener des campagnes d'activation coordonnées entre les différentes plateformes. Mesurer et maximiser l'impact au travers des outils de performance usuels. Participer à l'élaboration des campagnes de sensibilisation avec l'agence sélectionnée. Gérer la partie digitale pour les prestations et outils de la Sécurité routière en collaboration avec les équipes internes.

Ce que vous apportez

Formation en communication digitale, journalisme, marketing digital ou formation équivalente, avec un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire. Connaissances approfondies des outils SEM (SEO et SEA) et d'analyse (Google Analytics). Capacité à utiliser différents systèmes de content management (CMS) et d'outils graphiques (Adobe Creative Suite). Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français ou en allemand, vous possédez de bonnes connaissances dans l'autre langue. Maitrise de l'italien un atout. Créatif/ve, orienté/e solutions et autonome, vous avez un intérêt pour le monde de la mobilité, la sécurité routière et le travail associatif. Polyvalent/e, et flexible, vous prenez des initiatives et appréciez travailler dans une petite équipe multidisciplinaire.
