**Missions**:
Au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines, vous jouerez un rôle clé en remplissant diverses missions confiées, le tout dans un environnement de travail où la prise d'initiatives et les idées nouvelles sont encouragées.

Vous contribuerez aux travaux de digitalisation et d'optimisation de nos processus.

Vous participerez aux projets de développement de notre SIRH local et à la livraison d'évolutions techniques de l'outil.

Vous serez impliqué(e) dans diverses initiatives RH.

Vous vous verrez confier des projets dont vous serez le/la seul(e) garant(e) de l'avancement.

Enfin, vous serez amené(e) à préparer des présentations, des rapports et des analyses et participerez à la rédaction de communications internes en lien avec l'activité RH.

Formation universitaire ou équivalent dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines avec une spécialisation dans le domaine du digital ou de la gestion de projets.

**Expérience**:
Une première expérience dans le domaine de la digitalisation des Ressources Humaines est un atout.

**Compétences recherchées**:
Vous faites preuve de rigueur et de fiabilité, avez une appétence pour l'analyse de données et les systèmes d'information. Vous avez un fort attrait pour le domaine du digital et de l'innovation.
Vous possédez également un excellent esprit d'équipe et de grandes aptitudes rédactionnelles, alors n'hésitez pas à postuler

**Outils informatiques**:
Maîtrise de MS Office en particulier Excel (VBA & Macros), connaissances de Tableau ou d'un autre outil de business intelligence un atout

**Langues**:
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
