F&b Manager Assistant

Luigia, le groupe de restaurants italiens le plus célèbre de Suisse, est à larecherche d'un F&B Assistant.

Les principales activités seront les suivantes:

- Assister le directeur F&B dans la gestion de la qualité des aliments et des boissons.
- Aider le directeur F&B à planifier les commandes et les livraisons pour les restaurants
- Aider le directeur F&B à télécharger les données dans tous les systèmes utilisés
- Veiller au respect des règles en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Assister le directeur F&B dans la réalisation des coûts alimentaires.
- Aide l'équipe à atteindre les objectifs hebdomadaires, mensuels et annuels.
- Respecter toutes les normes de l'entreprise
- Participe à la gestion des médias numériques opérationnels

Qualités requises:

- Posséder une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans la restauration
- Très bonne connaissance du français, de l'italien et de l'anglais
- Personnalité orientée service, efficace et possédant un excellent relationnel
- Autonomie et sens aigu de l'anticipation
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en italien (bon niveau d'orthographe)
- Polyvalence, flexibilité, rigueur et sens de l'organisation
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques de bureautique usuels (excellente connaissance EXCEL e Office. La connaissance de Lightspeed est un atout)

Entrée en fonction : dès que possible
