JOB SUMMARY: Position responsible for overseeing food and beverage/culinary operations, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards, and achieving financial goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years' experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related field.
OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related field.

Assisting in Food and Beverage Operations:

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:
  • Provides exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Takes quick and proactive actions to address guest issues.
  • Embodies the brand's service culture.
  • Defines service standards for all guests internally and externally.
  • Takes charge of guest complaints/issues until resolution or escalation to the appropriate manager or employee.
  • Follows up to confirm resolution of complaints to guest's satisfaction.
  • Establishes relationships with guests to cultivate repeat business internally and externally.
Additional Responsibilities as Assigned:
  • Adheres to all corporate accounting protocols.
  • Supports General Manager as required during annual Quality audits.
