Procurement Operations Intern

Support the Procurement Operations team through spend reporting and enhancing collaboration tools. Provide input for monthly metrics, spend analysis, and ad hoc supplier data requests from Category Managers. Position will be in the Hazelwood office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing spend analytics custom reporting specific to Category Management and Supplier Relationship Management needs.
  • Develop reports across business units that can be easily maintained and customized based on the strategies outlined by Procurement Leadership. Reports will be focused on supporting the identification of opportunities and tracking spend for supplier relationship management in Direct, Capital and Indirect procurement.
  • Enhance internal Procurement Sharepoint site for team collaboration, project tracking, spend reporting, metrics, diversity reporting, and archiving.

Education
Undergraduate - Academic major or field of study: Business, Supply Chain (Logistics), Finance, Data Science (Analytics), MIS

Minimum Requirements
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required, working knowledge of SharePoint preferred but not required. No Procurement work experience necessary.

Salary:
CHF50, CHF121,571.00 per year
