Afin de renforcer notre équipe Opérations, nous recherchons un/une:
« Manager Communication Livreurs » en CDI et à 100%.
Le/la Manager Communication Livreurs s'occupe de la communication avec les livreurs salariés de Smood à travers 20+ villes. Ce rôle a pour but de tenir la flotte informée des derniers changements ainsi que des priorités de l'entreprise afin que le les livreurs se sentent faire partie d'une équipe et aient toutes les informations dont ils ont besoin. L'objectif est également de rassembler et remonter le feedback des livreurs à travers les villes, et de le traduire en amélioration pour ceux-ci. La personne dans ce rôle se déplacera également dans les différentes villes afin d'interagir avec la flotte dans le but de comprendre au mieux les problématiques des livreurs. Ce poste est sous la responsabilité du Operations Lead.

Responsabilités (liste non-exhaustive):

- Responsabilité du calendrier de contenu pour livreurs & génération de contenu régulier (y compris guides visuels, thèmes et sujets clés).
- Gérer la distribution du contenu à travers différents canaux de communications
- Suivi des changements technologiques, organisationnels et de processus de l'entreprise, puis synthèse et communication avec la flotte.
- Visite de villes et rencontre de livreurs
- Organisation d'événements de rencontre entre livreurs et employés du bureau
- Établissement d'une métrique de satisfaction employé, reporting de la situation par ville au management, synthèse et remontée du feedback.
- Développer la formation des livreurs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en communications ou marketing, de préférence avec de l'expérience en automatisation CRM et marketing
- Maîtrise du Français et Anglais requise, Allemand et Italien un plus
- Excellente communication orale et écrite
- Personne sociable, ouverte, à l'écoute des gens et avec grande empathie
- Esprit d'initiative et créativité
- Grand degré d'autonomie
- Expérience dans une startup / entreprise tech préférable
