As a key member reporting to the Head of Business Planning & Analysis and collaborating closely with local market teams, you will play a pivotal role in daily operations. Acting as the main liaison between your area's markets and the international HQ multidisciplinary team, you will have a direct influence on business performance.

Key Responsibilities for Success

  • Lead the allocation process and oversee sales mix in markets
  • Distribute resources fairly to ensure exceptional customer treatment
  • Assist markets in establishing local allocation committees
  • Support markets in reaching their sales objectives
  • Enforce and enhance allocation policies across markets

Drive Process Development at HQ

  • Manage product sizing and commercial portfolio segmentation
  • Play a significant role in coordinating product launches across departments
  • Address HQ enhancement suggestions from markets and facilitate required changes
  • Lead and contribute to continuous departmental improvement efforts
  • Optimize both upstream and downstream supply chain operations

Anticipating Future Demand

  • Stay attuned to market trends and opportunities through active listening
  • Conduct analyses to forecast market demands

Profile Requirements

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, or Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Development
  • Data-centric with strong analytical abilities and acute attention to detail; proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint is essential, familiarity with SAP APO and Python programming is advantageous
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills in English and French
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of effective cross-functional team collaboration
  • Customer-focused, strategic thinker with a penchant for innovation and creativity
