Missions essentielles:

- Gérer l'entretien des bâtiments (maintenances, nettoyages, espaces extérieurs,) et des terrains. (Coordination des différents corps de métiers des intervenants extérieurs en accord avec les contraintes internes (planning, HSE,)
- Définir et exécuter le plan de développent du site avec le Directeur du site Exploiter et maintenir les fonctions d'entretien.
- S'assurer que les installations soient propres et entretenues conformément à la politique, aux procédures de l'entreprise ainsi qu'à la règlementation.
- Superviser et contrôler la qualité du travail des autres employés afin de s'assurer que toutes les tâches soient effectuées correctement et efficacement
- Gérer les entreprises extérieures et examiner leur contrat de service
- Effectuer et documenter des inspections régulières des installations.
- Gérer et Vérifier les travaux effectués par les vendeurs et les entrepreneurs.
- Recommander des modifications en matière d'entretien, de mécanique, d'électricité et de conception des installations.
- Prévoir, allouer et superviser les ressources financières et physiques de la gestion des installations

Exigences en matière de Formation et d'expérience:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans des postes connexes
- Capable de dialoguer en anglais, l'allemand est un plus
