**Über die Position**:
Wir suchen einen engagierten Experten für Qualitätsmanagement und Arbeitssicherheit (OHS), der die Qualitätssicherungsaktivitäten vorantreibt, proaktiv Verbesserungen der Produktionsprozesse antizipiert und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems steuert. In Ihrer Schlüsselrolle sind Sie der Hauptansprechpartner für das zentrale Arbeitsschutzteam (OHS), um sowohl lokale als auch globale OHS-Anforderungen sicherzustellen und durchzusetzen. Sie unterstützen aktiv die Implementierung des Qualitätsplans und der Strategie der Organisation.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als Experte für Qualitätsmanagement sind Sie verantwortlich für:

- Die fortlaufende Verbesserung und Integration des Prozessmanagementsystems am Standort Flamatt.
- Die Unterstützung der Prozessverantwortlichen bei der Gestaltung und Pflege ihrer Prozesse.
- Die Konsolidierung von Qualitätsdaten, Förderung der Analyse interner und externer Fehler, Ableitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Überprüfung ihrer Wirksamkeit.
- Die Entwicklung von Qualitätsfähigkeiten.
- Die Koordination interner Engineering-Change-Management-Projekte zur Verbesserung.
- Die Analyse von Daten und die Erstellung von periodischen Berichten zu Managementsystemen (Qualität und Umwelt) für das Managementteam.
- Die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von periodischen internen und Lieferantenaudits sowie die Überprüfung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen bezüglich Qualitäts
- und Umweltleistung.

Als lokaler OHS-Experte:

- Sind Sie Hauptansprechpartner für das zentrale Tetra Pak OHS-Team und Teil des globalen OHS-Netzwerks, um die Einhaltung der lokalen und globalen OHS-Anforderungen an den Standorten Flamatt und Zofingen zu gewährleisten.

**Was Sie mitbringen sollten**:

- Ein Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumgebung.
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualitäts
- und Umweltmanagement und/oder Ingenieurwesen.
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Erfahrung in Lean Manufacturing und Six Sigma ist von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse in der statistischen Prozesskontrolle ist von Vorteil.
- Gute PC- und Anwendungskompetenzen in Windows, MS Office, SAP S4/Hana.
- Sicherheitsbeauftragte Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.
