We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to join the team of our client in Zurich and help strengthen their cybersecurity efforts.

The Cyber Defense team is responsible for detecting potential security threats, implementing preventive measures, managing security incidents, and continuously improving existing processes, tools, and procedures.


As the Team Leader, you will be in charge of a five-member internal team and coordinate with several external team members and service providers.

You are an expert in conceptual and independent work, as well as team leadership and structured processes.

You maintain a clear overview even in hectic situations, have a high sense of responsibility, and use your extensive technical knowledge in your daily tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop your team both professionally and personally and maintain a cooperative relationship with their service partners
  • Continuously improve the CDC based on bestpractice approaches and ensure 7x24 availability for detect and respond
  • Analyze cyber security incidents and coordinate the necessary steps

Requirements:

  • A higher degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable further education with additional training in cybersecurity and several years of professional experience
  • Previous experience as a team leader or in the technical leadership of experienced individuals
  • Several years of experience in cyber defense, indepth knowledge of the NIST framework, and familiarity with the IKT mínimal standards
  • Excellent conceptual and organizational skills to tackle challenging tasks and projects
  • High social competence and empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals to provide quality solutions
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
