Pour notre client, un acteur important de l'industrie agro-alimentaire suisse, nous recherchons une personne flexible, capable de convaincre avec diplomatie et dotée d'un bon sens de la communication pour assumer le rôle de Team Leader en production.
Vos activités chez votre futur employeur
- Vous gérez et résolvez les problèmes bloquants signalés au niveau de la production (sécurité, qualité, etc.)
- Vous élaborez les plannings de travail et les horaires de votre équipe, gérez les conflits, les absences et les heures supplémentaires
- Vous établissez des objectifs individuels pour les membres de votre équipe et assurez un suivi régulier de leur performance
- Vous veillez au respect strict des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité
- Vous encouragez et formez votre équipe à l'utilisation des outils Lean disponibles (Bonne pratique, 5S, résolution de problèmes, SMED, standards opérationnels, etc.)
- Vous travaillez en équipe 2x8 et parfois 3x8
Vos atouts pour votre futur employeur
- Vous êtes diplômé-e d'une école supérieure et justifiez d'une expérience confirmée dans l'industrie alimentaire
- Vous maîtrisez le français à l'oral comme à l'écrit; l'allemand est un atout
- Vous êtes capable de diriger une équipe et de motiver vos collaborateurs
- Vous disposez du permis de conduire automobile
