About This Role

This is a senior leadership position that will lead the Global Customer and Market Insights team within the Commercial organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy to drive business growth through customer insights and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer insights professionals to deliver deep market understanding and customer journey insights
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including PDCs, Business Development, and Executive Committee members
  • Drive the development and implementation of a global customer insights platform to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective delivery of customer insights across the portfolio
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve delivery and operations across the Commercial organization
Requirements
  • BA/BS required, MBA a plus
  • 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Significant experience working across the business at a senior/executive level, including depth of knowledge and application of customer insights and market intelligence
  • Proven track record of driving change management and leading and developing people
  • Advanced analytical and strategic skills
