Production Line Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Line Operator to join our dynamic team at AL-AGEDI RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our integrated production line, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Oversight: Monitor the presence and functionality of equipment and the quality of raw materials to ensure optimal production performance.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that food safety standards are met on the production line, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform first-level maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime and address production deviations effectively.
- Production Management: Manage start-ups, shutdowns, and product format changes to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless production flow.
- R&D and Line Testing: Participate in research and development trials and line tests to improve production processes and product quality.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry, with a strong understanding of automated line operation.
- Certifications and Qualifications: CFC OMA or Food Technologist/Practitioner certification is a plus, but not required.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Language Skills: Excellent French language skills (B2 level) are essential for effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
