Institutional Sales Director France & Benelux (M/F/d)
Your tasks:
First point of contact for our institutional investors in the Benelux region
Contribute to the development and execution of the France and Benelux capital raising strategy
Manage and build new long-term business relationships with key decision makers using a consultative sales approach
Utilize the expertise within Empira to ensure that allocations are raised in an efficient manner to meet investment deadlines
Assist and advise the investment teams on the development of new strategies and fund opportunities that are fit for purpose and relevant to the local institutional investor base
Develop strong relationships with consultancies, Promote and enhance the Empira profile through industry events and conferences
Articulate Empira's overall investment processes, its products, and platform in a concise and fluid manner; deliver best practices
Your qualifications:
Deep institutional network and sales experience within pension funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, family offices and consultants in France and Benelux
Successful track record in securing commitments from existing and new relationships with sophisticated institutional Limited Partners
Degree in business administration or economics or similar qualification, CFA degree desirable
Knowledge of all, or several of the following asset classes: real estate, infrastructure, private credit and private equity
Demonstrated knowledge of capital markets, financial performance metrics and financial statements. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences, Knowledge of French, Dutch and English preferred
High level of initiative and drive with an ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and under tight deadlines
